T.I.P.S.

  • Lightbulb Students must be able to read, write, and represent whole numbers using number form, written form, pictorial from 0 to 20 with and without using pictures and objects. Students should have a strong foundation in understanding the relationship between the number words and numerals to the quantities represented in pictures or objects as they will build upon this in first grade.

  • Look at the happy faces below.
     
     eleven happy faces
       
    On your paper, draw the number of happy faces you see. How many did you draw?
     
    Color 9 of the happy faces yellow.
